Digital disconnection is a right that every employee has, not to answer video calls, emails, WhatsApps or any other type of communication outside working hours. In order to guarantee outside legally or conventionally established working time, respecting your rest time, permits and vacations, as well as his personal and family privacy. In Spain, this was collected in a decree in 2018.

The company needed to promote and communicate its culture to “respect effectively”.

solution

We created a script focusing on employees, communicating them that the company was aware of this change. As an effective solution Ferrovial will create new ways to cooperate with team members.

The goal was to create a general understanding and awareness in “responsible use of technology” nowadays, and getting to connect with employees from an organizational and respectful way.

We created a video for the HR department that would cover and communicate their needs, through a simple line of communication and design. This information will always be available for the employees on the company's intranet.
