Despite its long history and size, Ferrovial struggled to attract new talent in the US, UK, and Spain. Initially, we aimed to create a brand appealing to young people, but this approach worsened the problem. The real issue was the many sub-brands diluting Ferrovial's market presence. Ferrovial needed to restore its brand visibility in the US and UK.
