Mambo is a company dedicated to the management of locations for advertising and film in Spain. In this sector there is no branding and Mambo sees an opportunity to stand out from its competitors.

It is a sector that is driven by networking, service and pricing. His question was: What can you do to stand out from the competition?

solution

We did a deep dive and realized that a 'cool' corporate identity wasn't going to be enough to make an impact. But we realized that the shoots are very long and the team spends many hours together. This is where we saw the opportunity to stand out.

What we call the Inside Out effect: By generating a corporate culture based on a cool and familiar lifestyle (very young team), we would make them feel more comfortable and with a more positive attitude when working. This generates a more enriching experience for the client as they would keep better memories of the experience.

Mambo Crew was born in 2019 and today (January 2022) is the top 3 location agency in Madrid and top 5 in Spain, with international recognition.

We have generated a community (family culture) among workers branding everything with a 'cool' identity, as well as a communication on social networks based on their lifestyle.
